The Casa Verano Eterno estate offers plenty of space and tranquility. The large garden offers several cozy nooks where you can relax undisturbed.

The swimming pool (9 x 4.5 meters) is the heart of the garden. Its wide steps make it easily accessible – perfect for a refreshing dip after a day out or for relaxing with a cocktail by the water.

Location & Surroundings

Casa Verano Eterno is located in Benissa , between the popular coastal towns of Calpe and Moraira . Both towns are within a 10-minute drive and offer charming shops, vibrant markets, and a wide selection of restaurants. Here you'll experience the lively yet friendly atmosphere of the Costa Blanca.

Within walking distance, you'll find a small beach, ideal for a refreshing morning dip or a peaceful stroll along the seafront. Nearby coves like Cala Baladrar and Cala Advocat are also worth a visit, known for their crystal-clear water, impressive rock formations, and relaxed beach bars.

For sports enthusiasts, the region is a true paradise:

• Cycling & road cycling: the villa is located at the foot of the Pogio di Calpe , a popular climb among cycling tourists.
