  During your stay, you will rent the entire lower level of the villa. This area is completely private and reserved exclusively for you – including the terrace, swimming pool, and all outdoor facilities.
  Important to know:
  The upper floor of the villa is unoccupied during your stay and is not rented out . This way you can enjoy absolute peace, privacy and plenty of space around the house.

Prices include electricity. A cleaning fee of €80 applies per stay.
