Air conditioning (hot and cold) is included, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Sliding doors lead directly to the terrace/balcony. A separate guest toilet with washbasin is also located on the ground floor.
Kitchen:
Fully fitted and well-equipped with all necessary crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Appliances include a four-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, blender, toaster, hand mixer, and wasing machine.
Bedrooms (upstairs):
Two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with twin beds—both offering built-in wardrobes.
Bathroom:
Situated between the bedrooms, the bathroom includes a bathtub, and essentials such as a hairdryer.
Resort highlights
Location:
Situated in a quiet, hillside complex just a 6-minute drive from the centre and beaches of Calpe. The terraced layout of the resort provides pleasant views over the surrounding area and towards the Peñón de Ifach.
Swimming pools:
The resort features several pools with bridges, waterfalls, slides, and two children’s pools, all supervised by lifeguards. Open from April through September, with one pool available year-round (unheated in winter).
In july and august there is LIVE music every weekend!

There is no private parking space for this apartment; however, street parking is available nearby.
