Casa Limoncito

Casa Limoncito is a stylish detached villa where you can relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday on the Costa Blanca.

The villa has three comfortable bedrooms, all furnished with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom and a separate toilet.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find the cosy living area with a modern open-plan kitchen and a spacious living room. The large corner sofa is the perfect place to relax together after a day at the beach or exploring the area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare an elaborate meal or simply enjoy a relaxed breakfast together.

Through the French doors, you step onto the spacious sun terrace. Here, you’ll find a large dining table for six and a comfortable lounge area. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy the sunshine throughout the day, while the luxurious retractable awning provides a shaded area whenever you need a break from the sun.

There is also a beautiful rooftop terrace with lovely views over Moraira and the surrounding area. It’s the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee, enjoy a beautiful sunset or relax in the evening with a good glass of wine.

And the name Casa Limoncito was definitely not chosen by chance! At the back of the garden, you’ll find delicious fresh lemons and oranges growing on the trees. With a little luck, you can even pick your own fruit during your stay.It doesn’t get much fresher than that! 🍋🍊

The communal swimming pool is just 50 metres from the villa, making it easy to enjoy a refreshing swim or a relaxing afternoon by the pool.

The location is also ideal: the beach and the centre of Moraira are approximately 2.5 km away, just a 6-minute drive from the villa.
