Welcome to La Licorne, a recently renovated villa in the quiet Los Pinos neighborhood of Calpe. Here, you will enjoy a perfect combination of comfort, style, and authentic Spanish country living. The villa is spacious, bright, and furnished with natural materials and warm accents, making it suitable for both a relaxing holiday and a longer stay.

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Calpe, where you can fully enjoy privacy and a pleasant atmosphere. At the same time, the sea, shops, and cozy restaurants are within easy reach.
Spacious and comfortable accommodation
La Licorne accommodates up to six people and features four bright bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the rooms is furnished as a workspace with a desk and a view of the pool – ideal for those who want to combine work and relaxation.
Smartly organized for extra convenience
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, offering extra comfort. On the upper floor, you will find two more bedrooms and a second bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Fully equipped kitchen
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob and dishwasher. Everything is available for both simple meals and elaborate cooking.
The house is equipped with a water filter.
