During your stay you rent the entire lower part of the villa. This area is completely private and exclusively reserved for you – including the terrace, swimming pool and all outdoor facilities.

The upper floor of the villa is unoccupied and not rented out during your stay. So you'll enjoy complete peace, privacy, and plenty of space around the house.
Prices include electricity. There is a cleaning fee of €80 per stay.
