- Spacious living room : The apartment is located in the lower part of the villa, which guarantees absolute privacy (the upper part is not rented separately).

- 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed and 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
- Fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities
- Outdoor fun : more than 500 m² of terraces with sun and shade, with a large private pool and beautiful views.
- Please note: This applies to the lower part of the villa.
During your stay, you will rent the entire lower level of the villa. This area is completely private and reserved exclusively for you – including the terrace, swimming pool, and all outdoor facilities.
Important to know:
The upper floor of the villa is unoccupied during your stay and is not rented out . This way you can enjoy absolute peace, privacy and plenty of space around the house.
Prices include electricity. A cleaning fee of €80 applies per stay.

Heeeerlijk verblijf
Heeeerlijk verblijf in Casa Joanne! Mooie, rustige locatie met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en vlakbij Calpe, winkels, boulevard etc. Uitstekende host Karin, met duidelijke uitleg en tips en zeer snelle communicatie. Kortom; voor herhaling vatbaar!!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Joanne! The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and has everything you could need within easy reach. The location is perfect for exploring the area while still feeling peaceful and private. Théo and Karin are amazing hosts – always approachable, friendly, and ready to help with anything. We would definitely recommend Casa Joanne.
Ongelooflijke vakantie
Een ongelooflijke vakantie. Dit is ons tweede verblijf en elke keer worden we meer en meer verliefd op deze magische villa. Het uitzicht vanuit elke hoek is adembenemend. Het is er heerlijk rustig en je beleeft werkelijk alles wat je je maar kunt wensen op vakantie. Het zwembadwater is kristalhelder, er is altijd wel een plekje om te schuilen voor de felle zon en 's avonds is het een genot om ervan te genieten. De villa biedt alle comfort voor een perfect en ontspannen verblijf. Gewoonweg fantastisch, en we komen volgend jaar graag terug.

Hemos estado como en casa, Joan y sobre todo Karen nos han ayudado en todo, nos han puesto facilidades para todo ya que tuvimos un problema con el coche y nos han facilitado la salida. La casa genial y la piscina maravillosa, todo ha ido muy bien! Volveremos!
