Casa El Daals is a stylish detached villa that offers everything for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday on the Costa Blanca.
The villa features three comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has a private en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a second bathroom and a separate toilet.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the ground floor. Via the stairs, you reach the spacious and atmospheric living floor with a modern open kitchen. The cozy living room is furnished with a generous corner sofa, ideal for relaxing together after a wonderful day on vacation.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and all the amenities you need to cook elaborate meals or enjoy a cozy breakfast together.
Through the French doors, you step onto the spacious sun terrace with a large dining table for six and a comfortable lounge area. Here, you can enjoy the sun all day long. Prefer some cooling? Then the luxurious retractable awning provides pleasant shade.
In addition, the property features a beautiful roof terrace with stunning views over Moraira and the surrounding area – the perfect place to enjoy a sunrise, sunset, or a good glass of wine.
In the garden, you will find various fruit trees, including an orange tree, lemon tree, and loquat, which contribute to the Mediterranean atmosphere of the villa.
The communal swimming pool is located just 50 meters from the house and offers ample opportunity to cool off and relax.
