The villa features multiple private parking spaces, a terrace with a private swimming pool with a big terrace. Sun lounges provided and a barbecue area. The villa is fully air-conditioned, situated on a dead end street and offers complete privacy, with no neighbours watching you.

The main building features a glass terrace with sea views, a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (double beds), 1 bathroom, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine)
Independent apartment
Accessible via stairs from the pool terrace, the apartment includes a living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a trundle bed for 2 and a bathroom.

Prachtige villa
Heel fijn verblijf gehad in een sfeervolle, schone en complete villa, van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk rustig en wat hoger gelegen in een mooie wijk en met prachtig uitzicht vanuit de serre. Heel fijn was ook de communicatie met Karin vooraf en tijdens ons verblijf.

What a beautiful stay! Theka Services were so helpful, kind and accommodating, thank you. We felt right at home, safe and comfortable. The views were amazing, and we can’t wait to return in Summer! Thank you for your support when the electricity went out on christmas day, we appreciate your support. We appreciate you allowing us to arrive early and later check out. You made us feel like nothing was too much of an ask, which is lovely when you are on holiday, and need a home away from home, so thank you.
Verblijf in Casa Cunera
Het contact vooraf was al erg prettig. Het zag er allemaal heel netjes en verzorgd uit. In de serre een fijne grote eettafel met geweldig uitzicht. Ook genoten van het zwembad en de spullen die daar nog lagen om mee te spelen. Het plekje ligt hoog in de bergen en heeft echt een geweldig uitzicht. Je bent zo in Moraira en alle andere leuke dorpjes

Top verblijf
Vredig, groot zwembad en een pracht uitzicht
De villa was super vredig. We verbleven met het hele gezin (3 generaties) en iedereen vond het geweldig. Zwembad is mooi en groot, dus je kunt een beetje zwemmen. Het uitzicht vanaf het afgesloten balkon is absoluut prachtig, vooral's ochtends. Bovenal was de communicatie met de eigenaar en Karin zeer responsief en behulpzaam.
Hele goede communicatie
Casa Cunera is een heerlijk huis om te verblijven met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Zeker een aanrader.
Wat een uitzicht!
Super leuke vakantie gehad, heel erg bedankt. het was 1ste keer in spanje zeer mooie villa heel proper, mooie uitzicht. we gaan sowieso nog een keer bezoeken in deze villa.
Fantastisch verblijf
Fantastisch verblijf gehad in Casa Cunera, een charmante villa met privé zwembad, adembenemend uitzicht en rustig gelegen. De ruime, schone en comfortabele villa overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Uitstekend contact met behulpzame eigenaren. Airconditioning op alle slaapkamers en de woonkamer zou het compleet maken👌 Absolute aanrader, we komen terug!
