The pool, measuring 9x5 meters, is equipped with two lounge beds for ultimate relaxation.

The property includes 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and air conditioning. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink. The stylish living room is equipped with a TV that can be streamed via internet or Chromecast.

The fully renovated kitchen (2024) offers a spacious fridge with freezer, a hob, oven, and dishwasher.

The villa boasts a large private pool area with lounge beds for relaxation.

Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Rental Information:

A €300 deposit is required, which will be refunded after an inspection of the property.
