- Living room : Spacious with a sofa bed, dining table (4 chairs), flat-screen TV with Canal Digital and Spanish channels, region-free DVD player, and stereo system. Air conditioning (hot/cold) is included. Free Wi-Fi is available. The adjoining terrace is accessible via sliding doors. Downstairs there is also a toilet with a washbasin.
- Kitchen : Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. The appliances include a 4-burner gas stove, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a blender, a toaster, a hand mixer, and a dishwasher.
There is a communal laundry room available at the park. - Bedrooms (Upstairs): One with a double bed and one with two single beds, both with built-in wardrobes and extra bedding.
- Bathroom : This is located between the bedrooms and is equipped with a bath, bidet, and basic amenities such as a hairdryer and a straightener.

- Swimming pools : A true water paradise with multiple pools, bridges, waterfalls, slides, and two children's pools, all supervised by lifeguards. The swimming pools are open from April to the end of September, with one unheated pool in the winter.

The lifeguards were so friendly that I could safely let my children swim alone.** The house was superbly equipped – from bed linens and towels to cooking utensils and fast internet access, as well as beach chairs and a parasol. Everything was clean, modern, and functional. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional service: When my car's headlights broke, the hosts immediately offered help, ordered replacement parts, and carried out the repairs right there on the property – quickly and friendly. My family and I are very satisfied. **An all-round successful stay – thank you for everything!** .

* Review via booking.comBedankt voor de fles wijn in de koelkast om ons te verwelkomen. En het verzorgen van een ontbijt ivm de late aankomst. Dat maakte onze dag goed na een zware reis. Score 10 op 10 Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras, rust en stilte ver weg van het stadslawaai, privéparkeergelegenheid en een goed uitgerust huis. Er zijn wandelpaden in de buurt met prachtige uitzichten. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn geweldig. We voelden ons helemaal verzorgd.

* Review via booking.com Wij raden het ten zeerste aan, de faciliteit beschikt over alle mogelijke apparatuur en voorzieningen. Het contact met de eigenaar verloopt soepel en u kunt rekenen op een directe reactie en hulp. Prachtig uitzicht over de hele stad, eigen parkeerplaats. Het pand is zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. Vanaf nu onze favoriet in Calpe. Dankzij de grootte en het feit dat de slaapkamers boven zijn, kunt u beneden comfortabel zitten en hoort u geen enkel geluid. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.
Goed gevoel
Al bij het 1e contact een heel goed gevoel. Correct, goede communicatie, vriendelijk, kortom niks op aan te merken! Een 20 op 10. kortom een zeer aangename vakantie. batterijen terug opgeladen. Zalige bedden. Vallen allemaal als een roosje in slaap. En in alle rust wakker worden. Beste vakantie die we tot nu toe hebben gehad. De volgende vakantie boeken we ook bij deze aangename mensen.
