• Living room : Spacious with a sofa bed, dining table (4 chairs), flat-screen TV with Canal Digital and Spanish channels, region-free DVD player, and stereo system. Air conditioning (hot/cold) is included. Free Wi-Fi is available. The adjoining terrace is accessible via sliding doors. Downstairs there is also a toilet with a washbasin.
• Kitchen : Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. The appliances include a 4-burner gas stove, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a blender, a toaster, a hand mixer, and a dishwasher.
  There is a communal laundry room available at the park.
• Bedrooms (Upstairs): One with a double bed and one with two single beds, both with built-in wardrobes and extra bedding.
• Bathroom : This is located between the bedrooms and is equipped with a bath, bidet, and basic amenities such as a hairdryer and a straightener.
